Warning to future customers: This was not one bad interaction. It was a pattern of inaccurate information, poor communication, a service I was charged for but did not receive, and an unresolved tire-pressure issue after two visits. I’ve been a customer at Matlock Tires for a while, and I want to give credit where it’s due. Historically, I trusted the mechanics’ technical work. My repeated problems were primarily with the front of the house: confusion about my vehicle’s status, poor communication, and information that simply was not accurate. It eventually reached the point where I no longer felt comfortable having my wife handle an appointment alone—not because of anything on her part, but because I did not trust the information she might receive from the front desk. After being told incorrect things multiple times, it stopped being about one inconvenience and became a question of whether I could trust the information or rely on the process. After multiple incidents, I expressed my concerns and frustrations while making clear that this was not about the individual employee I was speaking with or one isolated incident. I got an oil change and tires rotated and new wipers put on. It feels like home when I'm there. Every one treats me like family. Mr.Bo Bradshaw.Assures you and has great knowledge of what services you may need or want. I trust my car to know one else.Because truly there no place like home (Matlock). What great people! I never feel like they suggest something I don't need done. They explain things well and don't pressure or intimidate me for a particular decision. Recently had a flat tire repaired and I got the same courtesy as if I was having major work being done. These have been trustworthy people for me for over 20 years.

These guys are completely honest with you. I went in to get an alignment because the front driver-side tire was half bald, and I thought the alignment was off. However, they checked everything and told me I actually didn’t need an alignment at all. They explained that the wear was caused by using 4WD during the winter, and it turns out they were right. Instead of charging me anything, they didn’t take any payment at all. I was even expecting to pay at least $30 just for using their equipment, but they just told me I could go on with my day. They did recommend that I replace the bald tire as soon as possible, which makes sense. I would definitely recommend these guys because they do great work and are very honest. I also get my oil changes done here when I can. If I could give them 10 stars, I would—awesome people.

Matlock tire saved our day again! This time it was a fishing outing with Project Healing Waters - we take veterans fly fishing. Early am departure stopped by a flat tire. Matlock is in the neighborhood, Saturday morning 7 am open for business. They fixed the tire promptly and affordably. We got back on the road and up to the mountains. A beautiful day with a great group of military veterans, made possible by Matlock Tire. Thanks Bo, Jimmy, ant the entire Matlock team.
